Directions:

By car from Durham City Centre – from the Milburngate roundabout take the A691 towards Consett. At the first roundabout go straight ahead onto the B6532 towards Sacriston and Framwellgate Moor, then at the next roundabout take the 2nd exit towards the left still following the B6532.  At the next roundabout take the third exit towards Framwellgate Moor and continue for a couple of hundred yards onto Front Street. Turn left just after the zebra crossing (Moor Chambers sign/Victoria Ct) for car parks at the rear of the building. On-street parking bays are also available on Front Street. All parking is free, on Front Street there is a 3 hour parking limit.

By car from the direction of Chester le Street – follow the A167 and when you get to the Pity Me roundabout at the end of the dual carriageway take the second exit towards Framwellgate Moor. Continue straight for about three-quarters of a mile. Moor Chambers will be on your right, take the turning just before the zebra crossing for rear parking (there is a turning before this which shows ‘Moor Chambers’ written on the side of the building, but don’t turn there, you won’t be able to park)

If you’re coming by bus, a number of bus routes pass along Front Street travelling between Durham and Newcastle. These include the Nos X20,X21, 21 and X22.

There are rear and front door entrances to Moor Chambers. The entrance on Front Street is between Sainsbury’s and Taylor’s Butchers. The rear entrance is between Sainsbury’s loading bay and the car parks. At either entrance please press the buzzer for your therapist’s room number which is displayed on the Durham Therapy Centre name plate.

Disabled access:
We are on the first floor. The front entrance has no disabled access, however the rear entrance has an outside ramp and an internal stair lift. If you require assistance moving onto and off the stair lift please ensure someone comes with you to assist. At present there is no wheelchair available at the top of the stairs.
