Welcome to therapy, my name is Kathleen, and I am an integrative MA-qualified psychotherapist, clinical supervisor, and author, working with young people, adults, and couples.

I realise that enquiries into therapy can be a daunting experience for most. I offer short focused brief counselling intervention and mid to long-term psychotherapy models which means I am person-centric and work at your pace and in your time. I have a specialism in bereavement, yet have worked with a variety of themes; I am here to help. I come from a background in education spanning twenty years, this is the foundation to working with children and adults. I have experience of working also with work-related stress, anxiety, relationship issues, identity and low self-esteem and confidence to name a few.

Feel free to contact me, I currently work from the Durham Therapy Centre on Mondays from 13.30 -17.30 hours.

I am able to offer a confidential compassionate approach to therapy, with a basis of safety, working from a non-judgmental standpoint.

Costs

Individual therapy fees £75, children is £55 (up to 17 years), couples fees £95, and supervision fees £75 per hour or £95 for 1.5 hours. (I can offer a reduced student fee, I welcome all enquiries).

Block sessions of six are the basic recommended model for all therapy, yet it can be tailored to suit the individual depending upon the theme and nature.

I offer video consultations for 15 minutes to make sure I am the right fit for you and that I can assist you while working on the nature of what you wish to bring. I can offer face-to-face
yet this needs to be organised in advance with a view to both our schedules of availability. and online sessions. I look forward to hearing from you.
